Self-Regulation

I worked with the CEO and COO who had vastly different communication styles. One preferred direct, real-time discussions, while the other opted for scheduled meetings with a detailed agenda and outline. Neither style was wrong, but both required self-regulation in how they communicated because their differences often led to frustration and office tension.
